SHIPPING INFORMATION

Currently, we only deliver to locations within the UK.

Standard Delivery:
  • Estimated delivery time: 2-10 working days from the date of dispatch (Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver within 2 to 3 working days, but delivery times may vary depending on Royal Mail’s service conditions)

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days, please reach out to us, and we’ll assist you promptly.

While Royal Mail strive to meet these delivery times, please understand that delays due to third-party factors, such as adverse conditions, are beyond our control.

Please note: Weekends, public holidays, and federal holidays are excluded.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you need to return or exchange an item, we’re here to help.

Returns:

  • We offer returns within 14 days of purchase.
  • You can choose to exchange for a different product, or get a refund to your original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Final Sale: Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Condition: Returned items must be in their original packaging and show no signs of wear or use.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Products that arrived in good condition and are not defective cannot be returned. Due to hygiene reasons, jewellery items are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email, specifying which products you’d like to return. Include evidence (photos) if the product is damaged or incorrect.
  2. Once our team approves your return, we will provide the return delivery address in a confirmation email.
  3. Arrange for the return delivery to the provided address, with the return shipping costs to be covered by the customer.

Important Notes:

  • We cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages in transit.
  • The return request must be submitted within the 14-days timeframe; otherwise, we cannot process it.
  • For faulty items, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.
  • Please kindly note that the colour displayed in the image may differ slightly from the actual product due to lighting effects and screen display settings.
